A major problem that could hurt the sale is a roof leak. With a home inspection service, you do not have to worry about repairs or replacement of damaged parts unless a serious problem is found.


Most investors are self-employed and therefore have to take care of all the work. Selling house by owner has its advantages and disadvantages. There' are no mortgage payments or loan documentation required when one wants to sell a home quickly  through a real estate agent.
